мэр (города) В США различают мэра с чисто представительскими функциями в моделях управления "городская комиссия" commission plan и "совет-управляющий" council-manager plan и мэра, осуществляющего исполнительную власть с большими mayor-manager plan, strong-mayor plan или меньшими weak-mayor plan полномочиями.
